Governance

At helico studio, we prioritize social and environmental impact in our decision-making process because we believe it's essential to the success and profitability of our business.

We have a mission statement that includes a commitment to social and environmental responsibility, as well as a code of ethics that guides our actions. Our commitment to stakeholder engagement means that we consider the needs of all our stakeholders, including charities, outsourced labor, and clients, in our decision-making. We partner with charities and provide our services to them free of charge. We also regularly conduct surveys to gather information on stakeholder demographics and labor practices. To ensure we're achieving our social and environmental objectives, we measure KPIs based on BCorp recommendations and share this information in our CSR report, which also includes details of our stakeholder engagement plan and policy.

We believe in transparency and reporting, and we're committed to sharing information about our social and environmental programs, performance, and progress. We provide descriptions of our programs and performance, share social and environmental performance scorecards, and make specific quantifiable indicators and outcomes public. We set public targets and share progress towards those targets, and we present this information in a formal report that allows comparison to previous time periods. Our reporting structure is based on the B Impact Assessment to provide standardized reporting. By prioritizing social and environmental impact, stakeholder engagement, and transparency and reporting, we aim to inspire transparency throughout our industry and have a positive impact on our community and the environment.
